Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Original artworks and prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Because shipping costs, packaging, payment processing fees, and administrative costs are included in the purchase price, approved returns will receive a refund of 85% of the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the artwork is adequately insured and packaged for return transit.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage. In cases of damage or incorrect items, a full refund or replacement will be offered, and return shipping costs will be covered where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may still be returned under the returns policy above.
